I visit this location often for work and the staff is such a joy to work with. Riley has helped me on many occasions and he is amazing! He assisted me with setting up a business account, getting the proper brochure, and even had my order ready in a timely manner. I appreciate his friendly demeanor and commitment to quality service!
The single employee who staffed the business was friendly and he had a great attitude. The store has a lot of self service machines, each of which has a bit of a learning curve to get going. In my opinion the place is understaffed because people need some help using the machines especially when getting started. Also, when I first arrived there was a long line so the staff was overworked.
Toshina went above and beyond to get me the company print. It’s like I’m partnering with her to get what the company needed. Highly recommended. She is professional and would work to figure it out
Toshina is outstanding! She is so amazing that I couldn’t end the day without publicly thanking her and applauding her work. I was so impressed by her professionalism, patience, and calm under pressure. She handled my shipments quickly and easily, but what truly impressed me was how skillfully she resolved a very difficult situation with someone else’s package, remaining courteous, composed, and solution-oriented the entire time. It’s clear she takes great pride in her work and keeps the 1111 E. Main Street location running smoothly and immaculately. If I owned a business, Toshina is exactly the kind of hardworking, talented person I’d want on my team. Any company would be very lucky to have her!
For a very last minute graphics project I found some tremendous professional help from a young woman named Toshina here two weeks ago. I was impressed that she was a great problem solver and thought through with me some technology appropriate solutions that fit my need perfectly. I have been a Fedex customer (Kinkos in ancient history before that) since they started their office/graphics work years ago (“your office away from your office”) but had never received this level of custom professional service. Toshina’s assistance, and this very clean and organized location in Richmond’s downtown financial district, was just what I needed. Thank you.
