We were taken care of so well. Everyone was so kind. Wait time was not long at all. Dr was amazing. And we drove from 2 hours away

Went to ophthalmologist drive 2 hours from VA Beach for them to tell me the ophthalmologist didn't fit contacts...Then told me the other person was only in on Fridays This clinic has fell off since Mrs.Linda Pinsky left I've been going there almost 10 years they either dont have a doctor now or you need 5 different people to see yoy I wouldn't recommend it anymore sorry
Extremely hostile reception. Can only imagine how they treat you once you're a patient. Got yelled at maybe 3 times while just trying to book an appointment. I truly did not have a problem and I don't understand what theirs was.
I was looking for a doctor/obgyn in the area because I recently moved and the woman that answered the phone when I called to get more information was super rude. She spoke to me like I was an idiot when i asked about what insurances they take and implied I was simple when I asked if a specific doctor was accepting new patients. Considering not all places take the same insurance and not all doctors accept new patients they were valid questions and her dismissive attitude, rude tone, and general unpleasantness has made it so I am not considering ANY VCU facility as an option. If you want good customer service and assistance getting set up as a new patient, I do not recommend VCU at all.
Save yourself the time and use a different women's clinic. I'm 8 months pregnant and everytime I have an appointment in the women's health clinic I have to scavenge for parking because they don't offer free parking . The staff are disrespectful and rude.i tried to call and speak with someone numerous times and was on hold for over 20 minutes each time. When I come in for my appointments I have to wait 30 minutes just because they can't get their office together.
