Incredible attention from ER through my stay on the 11th floor in critical care. Made my stay and recovery as pleasant as possible. The only challenge was the valet. Over 30 minutes with terrible customer service. Other than that VCU Health is by far the best hospital experience and care I have ever had…just don’t use valet.

First of all it was easy to find, the valet gentleman was very polite and explained what I needed to do. He took my vehicle and gave me my stub to claim it. I went to my appt. I arrived a little early so the staff told me where I could grab a bite to eat and a drink. I found and atm to get some cash for the valet. My appt went well with cardiology, the nurse got my vitals and some vital information about me and my family history. The doctor he was great! He explained how the process would go and that there was a waiting time for the insurance to approve the procedure. Everyone was nice! Even when I got lost finding food some nurses asked me what I was looking for and they guided me in the right direction. Thank you, Mrs. Miller I will be visiting you guys again in September. All the love right back at you guys! 3/25/26- Ok Guys & Gals I'm adding on to this reveiw: Again VCU Ambulatory Care Center Did Not Fail Me! Everything went well, everyone was patient with me running a little late due to valet parking but the valet folks were very, very busy! Dr. Richard Shepard is again my SUPERHERO WITHOUT A CAPE! MY surgery went well, my follow up today with him, everything is healing well. You all do exceptional work everyday and I THANK YOU FOR WHAT YOU DO EACH AND EVERYONE OF YOU! TRULY PROFESSIONAL! My mother always said don't say anything if you don't have anything nice to say. I'll leave it there.
