As a person who values customer service I am beyond grateful that I found Clarkson Eyecare, Dr. Jordan and staff! The level of professionalism and courtesy I experienced with my spouse during our most recent was top teir. I’m excited about my new eye care provider and my new glasses.
I switched to Clarkson Eyecare a few years ago while searching for a better fit, and I’m so glad I found the Westerville location! Every staff member is amazing—genuine, caring, and welcoming. They make an annual eye exam feel less like a routine appointment and more like a chance to catch up with people who truly care. I can’t say enough good things about this place!
Dr. Jordan's office got me in by early the next day to view some excema on my eyelid. Everyone there is very pleasant and efficient. A good place to go for your vision care.
Dr Jordan and Heather are the best. They take their time to make sure they address any and all concerns. In addition to this, they went above and beyond when I had issues with a price increase on a prescription. They handled all the back and forth with my insurance and the pharmacy to help get the price back down. Heather called to keep me in the loop every step of the way to make sure I knew they were working on things for me. They are the best!
Clarkson Eye Care in Westerville, OH. is an excellent care center. The facility is clean and organized. The staff is professional, caring, and very friendly. Dr. Jordan is excellent and thorough as are his technicians and support staff. I could not be more pleased with my last recent visit. I would recommend them highly.
