Clarkson Eyecare - Creve Coeur

On Thursday, June 4th I had an emergency appointment due to new floaters in my right eye. I was immediately given an appointment to see Dr. Brewer. I was extremely nervous and Dr. Brewer was so patient with me and took time to answer all my questions. The young lady taking the photos named Nikie, was so patient with me and so kind. She genuinely seemed concerned about me. This was my first time visiting this office and I cannot say enough good about them.

I had an incredible experience at Clarkson Eyecare in Creve Coeur, largely thanks to Holden’s exceptional customer service. Holden was patient, knowledgeable, and helped me select the perfect frames, making the entire process seamless. The staff is professional, and the care is top-notch—highly recommend asking for Holden! Why I recommend this location: Customer Service: Holden went above and beyond, providing honest advice on frames and ensuring my prescription was perfect. Thorough Exam: The team in Creve Coeur is highly professional and efficient. Welcoming Environment: Very patient and helpful staff from start to finish. I will definitely be returning for my future eye care needs!

Everyone is so nice and helpful. Dr. Brewer is amazing. He listens and was so patient with me trying to find the best prescription for me. I am very grateful to him and his great team

This is one of the worst , most unprofessional clarkson eye care locations I have been too. This is a deceptive, drip pricing and junk fees location that will do anything to have a customer pay more. I was never told of a contact consultation fee,once arriving after having an annual eye exam. I inquired about being interested in wearing contacts again after 16 years, I was never told it was a fee to do so, I was helped on how to wear them, told pricing of purchasing 6 months or 1 year, I was then told my copay is 5.00, which I understood, then I was told of another junk fee of the constant consultation for asking to be helped to wear them, I wax never told I would have to pay for this prior to asking about them. I was never even told I would have a copay so I assumed it was free eye exam, the worker at the counter didn’t tell me nor prior to the appt, I found out after, but I refused to pay for an service I was duped into believing was free. The employees are extremely young, unprofessional and began to argue back and forth with a customer, when I should have been informed prior. I will be proceeding legally with the deceptive practices that occurred here and never ever visit this company again.

My annual Eye Exam with Dr. Bellamy was excellent & he's always quite thorough & explains everything so that I'm clear about what's going on with my vision. I appreciate his patience too. Very personable office, runs on time & professional staff.
