We drive 55 minutes away just to use this place. the eye doctor is so great. And their prices are good. I have lived all over this country and I've never met anyone that does their job as well as this man. Ten stars
1st had problem getting apt because of an issue with my insurance after I called insurance and set up an apt I was so happy with the prices and way I was cared for. great place to get glasses very affordable.
I scheduled an appointment online and left a voicemail since no one answered when I called. I asked whether they could confirm they take my insurance and my daughter was old enough to be seen there. They didn’t call me back. Two weeks later they called and cancelled my appointment because she wasn’t old enough. I complained that I wasn’t contacted earlier since I had left a vm and they said “sorry, we try to return all calls” then a fax started screeching through so she said “you’ll have to call back” and hung up the phone.
This place is great. You do not have to wait long for an appointment, the women who work in the offices are sweeties. Dr.Marshall himself is one of the nicest, sweetest Dr's ive ever encountered and minf you ive worked in healthcare for 15 plus years. The have a great selection for frames and made it effortless when I got glasses for myself and my children.
Very nice people doc was thorough in his exam of my eyeballs. They really want to provide great care and they succeeded. 🙂
