We have been long time customers of LensCrafters. All the associates have been kind, professional and extremely helpful. Making our experience exceptional and the only place we will go to for our glasses. Christina has helped for me choose glasses for many years. She is patient, thorough and understanding. She is excellent in helping me find the style and fit I feel comfortable and confident in. It’s a pleasure to walk in a business and feel welcomed and valued. We highly recommend LensCrafters!

The staff at the Great Lakes Mall store is so courteous and helpful. I needed a simple repair (replacing a screw that held my lens in) and Dan was eager to help, and I told him I didn't purchase the glasses there, and he said that service is free, and that he was happy to help! Very nice young man, and good customer service!

Easiest eye glass purchase experience at LensCrafters at Mentor Mall! Stacey was super nice, helpful, and knowledgeable to my mom and I when we stopped in to get her a new pair of glasses. The other associates in the store were also very friendly. It was a stress free experience. Stacey even looked up my insurance for me! Thanks again for everything!

My name Toni, I was given the opportunity to take advantage of a program which allowed me to purchase 2 pairs of galsses both with no line bifocals and transition lens for an unbelievable amount each month. First of all, your associates were quite attentive when my daughter and I walked in the store asking if we needed any help which I explained that I was looking for another pair of glasses.
