I wanted to say Selena R was amazing, she went the extra mile to make it happen and they really made sure she was thorough. I needed a paper signed to make sure I was all set to get referred out to UCLA health and I really needed this paper possible and she went the extra mile to make it happen. She got me exactly what I needed and delivered it in a good timely manner. I’m grateful for her professionalism, her hard work to make this happen and to make things happen for me. Above and beyond in a few words since I was pressed on time. What an amazing person, she should be recognized for her efforts!

I had a disappointing experience with clinica sierra vista. I politely requested to be assigned to a specific doctor and asked the staff to call me back regarding scheduling. However, instead of properly addressing my concern, a note was apparently added to my profile stating that I did not want to make appointments with the clinic, which is completely untrue. Definitely not recommending them to anyone.

4 Nursing staff wearing the Clinica Sierra Vista uniforms came into my work for lunch and were extremely rude and unprofessional. Even when off of work or out for lunch, when wearing your uniform you are representing the company you work for. They had no manners and tried to rush staff throughout their interaction. They sat and took their time eating like they were in no actual rush, but wanted to be snappy with staff. I believe it was their manager or higher up, Laura Dominguez, that was talking to us disrespectfully and brushing us off. Rethink visiting Clinica Serra Vista. If they can’t even be nice to restaurant staff, how will they treat you?

I want to give zero stars. They did all the initial tests for my pregnant wife and after few months they started behaving rudely and didn’t assigned the specific doctor to her and they put note on her profile that she is not willing to make any appointment with them.

They canceled my appointment a day before and then they said they'd put me on a waiting list for 2 months out, 8 OB providers and I have to wait another two months to be seen when I already had an appointment. They expect for you as the patient to show up to every appointment and 10 mins early at that but when it comes to them canceling "there's nothing they can do" 👎🏻
