Dr Ratty appears to be cool. But his staff lack the intelligence of proper communication skills. It took with no exaggeration a month and a half to receive my glasses. No updates from the staffs own to update the progress in why they weren't arriving on time. I had to call on my own to find out why the delay, nothing but excuses. The staff acted like they're the only optometrist in town, never going back!!
They always take great care of my families vision needs. Highly recommended!
Prescription was incorrect, progressive line was in wrong position because girl assisting me was rushing. Had to ask to see frames in back room, just wasn’t very helpful at all in helping me find what was a fit for me. In the end had to return glasses for refund of over $1000 because the line was way off and I was leaving town for awhile due to family issues and didn’t have time to wait another 2 weeks for them to fix it. Planned to return and try to get them right but they put me on “no further service”. Bad customer service. Would not return or recommend.
My husband and I loved the guy, really great bed side manners and took great care of us, never waited for even a moment, was in and taking care of immediately. Would definitely recommend.
