I would not trust this place based on my experience. I was initially told they had no frames fully covered by my insurance. I called my insurance company, and they told me that if the store accepted my plan, it was required to offer at least some fully covered frames. I went back and said I only wanted my prescription because I no longer wished to purchase glasses there. I was told there would be no refund. After I said I planned to file a complaint with my insurance company, a case of fully covered frames was brought out from a drawer. I was then refunded for the frames I had originally selected, after previously being told that the least expensive frames were around $200 and that they did not carry any covered options. I still ended up buying lenses from them, which I regret because I didn't feel comfortable after that experience. I knew what they tried to do. This happened months ago, and I still think about it whenever I walk by. Response to corporate reply: I appreciate the response, but my review accurately reflects my experience. I was initially told there were no frames fully covered by my insurance and that the least expensive option was around $200. After I contacted my insurance company and questioned that information, a case of fully covered frames was brought out and I was refunded for the frames I had originally selected. That refund is documented on my credit card statement. This sequence of events is why I lost confidence in the business. I also recently called to ask for my pupillary distance after purchasing glasses from this location. The receptionist was unnecessarily rude and defensive from the start and immediately said I would have to pay for another measurement. Regardless of the office's policy on retaining PD measurements, there was no reason for such a simple question to be handled that way. I would not expect a business to publicly admit wrongdoing in a review response, but a generic statement about “clear communication and trust” does not address the specific events I described. I hope the company takes the opportunity to better train its customer service staff so future patients are treated professionally and given accurate information about their coverage.

i always have a good experience at this cohens location. the employees are nice and welcoming. Nico helped me choose glasses around a month ago, and he was super helpful and kind. even though i’m quite picky with frames and sometimes feel annoying, he didn’t make me feel bad at all and even gave great advice. awesome customer service. i plan to stay with cohens for a while. thank you again, Nico!

I bought in some 1980s vintage Carrera sunglasses that I recently bought at a flea market in Europe to be adjusted and Millie worked absolute magic on them! I can't believe how well they fit now. I'm so grateful I popped into Cohen's to help me with this and can't wait to wear them around town. Thank you Millie!

This place was amazing the machinery is very modern and the doctor was very knowledgeable. The front staff both reception and the assistant that helped my son with getting his contacts super amazing. They are very professional, I had to take a business card I’m referring everyone to this clinic.

Customer service was great, the staff was friendly, and Dr was really knowledgeable. He took time to thoroughly explain my exam and the options. I bought the best glasses and so happy I came here.
