Went in because my glasses were stepped on. The ladies at the desk were wonderful. Very professional and helpful. They fixed my glasses and I couldn’t be more grateful! Thank you!!

They are so kind and friendly and the service was excellent. I will definitely come back for the new prescription.
On vacation, lost screws! Quick fix at Cohen’s - no charge - 😀😀😀. Thanks Cohen’s now i am not wearing sunglasses 24/7 for the remainder of this trip. You are the best. Roxanne S.
First time coming here, Ada and Erika were a great help. Had an issue with one of the nose pads on my sunglasses and they were able to repair them and were extremely helpful!
I used to love this location and would go out of my way to come here. Unfortunately, the kind and reliable service I once received is gone. A year ago they ordered the wrong prescription for me. It required an extra trip to the store, but they were pleasant and I let it go. The real issue began this year. After my eye exam they placed a contact lens order without my permission, even though I explicitly said I did not want to order yet because I wanted to try a new brand. They later admitted to my insurance company that I had not placed an order. This caused a block on my insurance account and led to hours on the phone trying to fix a problem they created. When I called Cohen’s to ask them to cancel the unauthorized order, I was told, “We will do this because we want to make you happy,” as if it were a favor rather than correcting their own mistake. They also promised a call back that never came. I eventually resolved the insurance issue myself and purchased my contacts elsewhere for $300 less than what Cohen’s tried to charge me. Ironically, their mistakes are the only reason I discovered how overpriced they were. Update: They also sent the wrong prescription to the company I ultimately ordered from – a prescription I have never had. Because of this, I received the wrong lenses and had to spend even more time dealing with insurance, Cohen’s, the contact company, and outside doctors to fix errors that originated with them. After all of this, I cannot recommend this location to anyone.
