Had my first visit with Dr. Parker and I couldn’t be more grateful. He was very attentive and heard me out on all of my questions and concerns. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure that I understood. I’m very thankful to have found a provider who takes the time to make patients feel heard and valued.

THE WORST APPOINTMENT/CALL CENTER EVER. I made an an appt in the middle of January as a new patient. I wasn't sure if my insurance would work, but after giving all my information I am told that I am all set & the insurance is good. The doctor I wanted to see had a 2 month wait time which I was willing to wait but I wanted to be on a waitlist. I call back within the month & I'm told my appt is still confirmed, but I was never put on the waitlist. I call back a 3rd time a few weeks before my appointment and again am still confirmed for my original date. About a week before my appointment I get an automated text asking me to confirm my appt & I do same day and within a decent time. The day before my appt I get a call saying my appt needs to be rescheduled. I call back because after confirming 4 times and waiting two months I am adamant about having this appt. I'm told that the person who made my appt did it incorrectly, overbooked me, and that I would have to reschedule. I am told that I can have an appt the day after at an earlier time slot than my original. I throw a couple of my next available days around and there are no appts available. I could not believe the next thing I am told. I am told that if i cannot make it to the appt they offered to me then I will have to wait until the end of AUGUSTTTT to see the doctor. Two months is long enough, but now because of someone's mistake I will have to wait an additional 5 months to see the primary?!?! It seemed like I was being punished because a total of a 7 month wait period to see a doctor for something I had already gone to the ER for is insane. I take the appt the office gives me & I was lucky enough my work made it possible for me to have the day off (a lot of people would not have had that luxury. ) Next day rolls around (my original appt day) & NOW I AM BEING TOLD THIS ESTABLISHMENT DOES NOT TAKE MY INSURANCE & MY APPT WILL NEED TO BE CANCELED ALL TOGETHER. How did I confirm an appt 5 times and wait two months just to be told my insurance in NOT valid. This is people's time & health you're dealing with. I am not sure if I was speaking to the same person or few people, but if I was then this office is highly untrained & unremorseful.
Had a very positive experience at this office. The front desk staff her name was Ryan I believe was very kind, professional, and welcoming made the check in process smooth. I was also called back quickly which I really appreciated. Dr. Ikuhara took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made me feel comfortable and well cared for. Overall a great experience
Armando was an amazing PA and he made me feel so comfortable right off the bat! I am somewhat recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and have been wanting to see a specialist for some time and getting a referral to see him was probably the best thing that could have happened to me. He is so patient, kind and truly makes you feel like you are in control of your health and your healthcare plan. He states that although he makes recommendations, ultimately I decide on what I am comfortable doing/not doing and I have never truly felt that with a provider before. He never shamed me, made me feel bad or belittled me like I have felt with some providers in the past and having a good relationship with a healthcare provider means a lot to me as I navigate my health and wellness. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone that is in need of an endocrinologist. If I could give me 100 stars I would!
I feel so fortunate I called HCH as a new patient and found a female doctor taking patients. Dr Schwartz was so thorough and kind. She addressed things I did not bring up that can benefit a woman’s symptoms at my age. Very pleased!
