Loved how fast and diligent the service was. All of the employees were very sweet and sympathetic. They were very attentive to answer any question I had. The doctor was very explanatory too in every step of the my evaluation. Loved how simple she explained me my condition and how it has changed.
Everyone there was very friendly and prompt and explained everything they were doing I had a very good experience. Haven't got my glasses yet but hopefully they'll be great. I would recommend the place for sure. And they take all kinds of insurance
Absolutely no complaints about the doctor, but the office staff is rude and unprofessional. They messed up my prescription for my glasses, so now I have to wait another month for my glasses to be replaced. This comes after sitting in the office for over an hour, waiting to be seen for an appointment that I shouldn’t have had to do again. All the while listening to them talk trash about everything and anything but the task at hand. It normally wouldn’t even phase me but the fact that they messed up my glasses and had me sitting there wasting time that I don’t have to waste in the first place because of their “mistake”, yeah it made me a bit irritated. Now that I’m looking at the reviews, I’m definitely seeing a pattern. This is just how they operate. They have very poor customer service and aren’t very knowledgeable about how to handle customer complaints without retaliation and disrespect. It would help to train your staff to do better when it comes to these things to avoid being stuck in a situation where your employees are being sued for discrimination and retaliation. I however don’t foresee the management doing anything to make a change for the better. Especially seeing that all the negative reviews are pretty similar and they haven’t really changed in quite some time. Good luck with this place if you have to go here. I wouldn’t recommend it though.

The office was very clean, the staff was friendly and courteous, and the doctor was incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming. She explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Thank you for such a great experience!
