My fiance and I each got a pair of glasses here and everyone was very nice and helpful! Gabriela helped me pick out my pair and Kristen helped out my fiance. I already knew what glasses I wanted going in, but Gabriela showed me soo many good options! She understood the vibe I was going for. My fiance says Kristen is very knowledgeable and she helped him pick out a great pair. We just picked up our glasses today and this time we were helped by Scottie. He was just as nice and helpful with adjusting our glasses to make sure they fit good. 5/5, great selection of frames!

Great selection of value to luxury brand frames. The lenses are also a top tier quality with all the features that you would usually be charged extra for at other places (anti-reflective, non-glare, wide view on progressive, scratch resistant, etc.). Their folks are very knowledgeable and provide excellent service. Special thanks to Tynneson who took a lot of time to find me the right fit frames. They also accepted my VSP insurance. Highly recommend on service, quality, selection, and value.

I brought in my daughter’s glasses which were severely damaged, and honestly, I thought there was no chance they could be fixed. I was preparing myself for her to be without glasses for weeks and for the cost of buying a brand-new pair. We also arrived very close to closing time, so I truly did not expect what happened next. Kristen in the optical department worked what I can only describe as a miracle. She carefully put everything back together and straightened parts that I thought were impossible to repair without breaking. Ladies there didn’t just fix the glasses — they made sure my daughter was comfortable wearing them and that they were in pristine condition before we left. I cannot express enough gratitude for their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond, especially so late in the day. Their attitude and dedication made a stressful situation so much easier for us. Thank you so much for your outstanding help! Will be back soon to buy a new backup pair of glasses.

Staff helpful and lots of frames to choose from. I would change the flow of the dept bc shoppers go through who don’t need optical assistance and they bring their carts making it very congested. I would recommend.

Aj is the optical worker did wonderful job , He helped us , I am really happy for all his help , he has experience for his job , he provide excellent service, I will make him again eye glasses with him .
