They never answer the phone. Idk what the employees are doing because every time I walk in there isn’t much going on and the receptionist is just on the computer. Anyways they gave me a bad prescription with my glasses I don’t recommend this location.

My husband told me to try this place and I was hesitant at first after my experience I would NOT recommend this place. Customer service was non existent. Dr. Gomez was rude and if you end up going I would recommend getting another doctor at least.

10 stars! Stephan deserves a bonus after dealing with me! It's so hard for me to make up my mind, but he helped my daughter and I pick out frames and was so patient! He was happy to explain my insurance benefits as well. He also remembered what I was looking for when I came back a few weeks after my first visit. I also loved the eye doctors office! I will definitely be using Costco and Dr. Buck from now on! So much more affordable as well!!

Last week at the opticians I got rattled when I left. Dropped my glasses case and fumbled to get my purse. I caught the optician and tech laughing at me. Very disrespectful. The optician was 10 minutes late but then rushed me out of her office before she fully answered my questions. COSTCO optical department tech was very nice efficient and respectful.

The new doctor (Dr. Suey) is awesome! The location of the practice at Costco makes it so convenient. The staff was very friendly and her fees are better than the doctors close by. She didn't charge extra for dilating my eyes. I'll be coming back next year.
