Excellent experience every time! Front desk (Erica and I'm so sorry I can't remember the other lady's name) is very helpful and courteous. Monica from optical is always so kind and positive. Arielle and Alexa, who took care of me during the exams made sure that the equipment was well sanitized and I was comfortable. Dr. Robinson takes great care of me and makes sure to address my concerns. Thank you for the positive experience as always!

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Everyone I interacted with was kind, patient, and really attentive. The exam itself was incredibly thorough, and they explained everything in a way that made it easy to understand. I never felt rushed, and I appreciated how much time they spent making sure all my questions were answered.Highly recommend.

My first experience at Crozet Eye Care was a 10/10! Everyone was so sweet and helpful. I also have to give a little extra love because my sister works at the front desk, and seeing how kind and professional she is with everyone just made me even more confident I was in the right place! My eye exam felt very thorough and comfortable. After my exam I found a pair of frames in less than 5 minutes with the amazing help from Dena and Monica. I definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for quality care and a friendly atmosphere:)

Dr. Franklin provides exceptional service. The entire team is consistently professional, friendly, and incredibly well‑organized. From check‑in to the exam itself, everything runs efficiently without ever feeling rushed. Dr. Franklin and staff are thorough, attentive, and take the time to explain each step of the process. Her staff reflects the same high standard of care, making every visit smooth and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Wonderful experience. Very professional, informative, kind and thorough exam. Thank you! I wasn't sure about my glasses Crozet Eye care double checked my prescription happily!! I really appreciate them doing that...my eyes have just gotten worse....😄 prescription was correct. Thanks Doc Robinson!!! Great staff at crozet eye care!!! Highly recommend!
