Overall service was great. The place is new, big, shiny, very clean & modern. Everyone was friendly from the front person to the doctor. I only had to wait a short while to be called for my eye exam, it was very thorough & equipments are high tech. Dr Rehal is friendly, thorough, knowledgeable & professional. I'm also happy to find a vision center close to my home. Highly recommend!

My first time ever visiting this optometrist and I was extremely impressed. From calling to make a new patient appt I was treated with kindness and respect. Day of appt was nothing less. Everyone there was kind and very knowledgeable. I seen Dr. Scott Demers and he was amazing very informative and listened to my concerns and explained the process very well. I also had my baby with me and he was extremely patient with her little fussiness and informed me his wife is the pediatric optometrist and gave me her card for when my daughter needs to be seen. Very kind and caring. I cant say enough about how much I enjoyed my experience here as a first time patient, and now I'm set with who I trust with my eyes.

Dr. Rehal was lovely, patient, thorough and understanding. I appreciated her advice re my dry eyes and look forward to letting her know how the new rx is working. I was also happily surprised to see she attended the same university I did and was a San Joaquin’s resident like I was. Her knowledge and experience shone throughout the process. I was delighted to meet Louie, who worked with me on my prescriptions, and was sincerely interested in ensuring I understood options and timing. Crystal was very patient exploring options that would best fit my prescription and my budget. She clearly communicated my insurance coverage, described the costs for various lens treatments and what my total copay would be. The staff that welcomed me at the counter were all wonderful and I wish I could recall the person’s name who started my testing process. She covered a lot of ground and was patient and kind from start to finish. Very impressive business that covers testing and diagnoses all the way through fitting glasses. Lastly, it was good to know that if I needed more help with my dry eyes, there was a doctor on staff who specialized in this area. Great experience with great people. Thank you all so much.

Fantastic experience! We were greeted warmly the moment we walked in. The entire staff was incredibly kind and gentle with my 4-year-old daughter during her appointment. She usually gets very scared in medical environments, but the team made her feel completely safe, comfortable, and even excited. Dr. Leslie was wonderful, patient, and highly informative.

As usual, I had a very pleasant experience. I was immediately welcomed by your staff when I walked in the door. The assistant was very thorough in her pre examination and the doctor spent a great deal of time with me to update me on my current vision. It was busy but everyone was so kind and professional.
