The entire staff from check-in, techs, nurses and everyone were all very nice. You could tell the everyone was skilled at their job. Dr. Sayed was very thorough and communicated all findings and test results extremely well. I would highly recommend this office.
Dr. Stechschulte is kind and so very competent! His staff are also very compassionate. I was scared witless and was calmed by lovely people. I go back next week for my left eye surgery. I’m pretty sure my blood pressure will be way lower! Such a great experience.
From the beginning to the end with my caterat surgery, corrective vision,from the follow up I am very proud of how everybody stepped in and took great care of me. Yesterday was my last day of lock in. I was sad I developed family because everyone was so nice and caring. What can I say about Dr. Null except EXCEPTIONAL. I Will recommend him and discover vision to everybody. Thank you sooooo much for everything. And whomever is thinking about getting this procedure please do it, take time to do it. I went in for an exam and consult about corrective eye surgery. The staff was efficient and welcoming. I was extremely comfortable with Phil, the eye tech. He was very patient and knowledgeable. Dr. Doane was clear and thorough.
We have been patients at Discover for decades. Always wonderful. Yearly checkups Always professional and friendly. We had cataract surgery. All went well. Normally Discover is a 5 rating. This year something has changed. There seems to be a shortage of ophthalmologists. I have a retina issue that occasionally I do check in with every so often. The other doctors are great also. However scheduling appointments are now 6 months out. We had to reschedule,but now must wait another 6 months. Why is this? There was a time we called in scheduled an appointment within 30 days. Something has changed here, not sure why.
