Our experience with the entire staff has been phenomenal. From the initial visit with Dr. Haskett, taking his time to explain all of the test results, and providing real-world recommendations by listening to our daily routine, to the wonderfully friendly and knowledgeable staff, we couldn’t be happier with our results. Their frame and lens “lpackage”recommendations complimented our insurance coverage perfectly, minimizing our out of pocket costs without the pushy upsell we’ve experienced at other eye care places. The staff was also very gracious and understanding when we returned with slight issues, addressing them completely. Highly recommend and appreciate these fine folks!!

The staff at the Newport News location were friendly and beyond helpful. Dr. Haskett did not make me feel rushed to decide which lense seemed clearer and that tells me that he truly cares about his patients and helping them. I was able to take my time and decide in which frames I wanted and had a wonderful assistant help me through the whole process. Thank you Dr. Haskett and staff.
