My daughter and I recently visited Dr. Alan Toler, and overall we had a positive experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the appointment process was straightforward. We were there to pick up my daughter’s glasses, and everyone was patient in helping make sure everything fit properly. The office was busy, but the team was professional and answered our questions. I appreciated that they took the time to make sure my daughter was comfortable and understood how to care for her glasses. Overall, we had a good experience and would return for future eye care needs.

I found this place on my list of places that take my insurance. I took in my RayBan frames and after I got my eye exam which was the best exam I have ever got at an eye glass place because Dr. Toler knew what he was doing and was so nice, but they were able to accept my insurance and put frames in my RayBan Meta. Every other place I called said I had to buy them from them in order for them to put lenses in them and I couldn't buy them because I got these ones as a gift. But nevertheless Dr. Toler and his associates were the nicest people I have ever met. They were very patient with me and they showed that they cared about there patients. It reminds you of a mom and pop place. They care about the patient more than just making a buck not like those big chains that want take your insurance and see you as dollar signs. I will be recommending to everyone.
Highly recommend! They accept most medicaid plans, and they have the highest quality of lenses I have ever worn. No worn coating, truly lightweight thin lenses. Best polycarbonate available that they are committed to providing and getting covered with insurance. I have worn glasses since seven years old, and have fallen back in love with wearing them because of the quality. They are the best ones I've ever had, and they were free through my insurance. I would never visit a chain optometrist again because the expertise far exceeds any savings or convenience. It is worth the wait to change this to your main office. This practice is the BEST!
I did not feel that this was a great eye exam. I'm not convinced Dr. Toler gave me the correct prescription as he said my vision and astigmatism both improved, which is a pretty rare phenomenon. And truthfully, in my day to day, it feels as though my vision has gotten worse, so Im really not sure what to do with this "updated" prescription Additionally, I requested my paper prescription so that I could shop around for glasses being that their selection was extremely limited and honestly kind of disappointing. Stapled to my prescription, they gave me a weirdly aggressive pamphlet with lots of capitalizations and exclamation points of why I shouldn't get my glasses made from any other place. And lastly, there were bibles and crosses in the waiting room and exam rooms-- as a christian, I have no problem with worship and pride in your religion, but the doctor's office doesn't feel like the right place to display that. Overall, this was an unimpressive and perhaps even disappointing visit to the eye doctor and I will not be returning.
Doc is amazing and very patient with kids. Explained everything they needed to do to care for their glasses and their eyes. This was the no brainer for us and so glad we found him plus he takes our insurance . Receptionist has a little attitude problem . Being in customer service you deal with all different type of people . Never over talk a customer . If something doesn’t work for them don’t be nasty and try to over talk them instead try to figure out a different approach thats works for both individuals . Doc 10/10 his receptionist 0/10 needs an attitude adjustment!
