Dr C Alex Knowles

This was my second exam with this doctor and I absolutely love coming here. He has such a great personality and is always very polite and welcoming. He takes his time during the exam, explains everything clearly, and answers all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. You can tell he’s extremely knowledgeable and truly cares about his patients. I really appreciate how thorough and patient he is. I will definitely continue coming here for all of my eye care needs.

Dr Knowles is the best optometrist that I've ever been to. He is very knowledgable and has excellent communication skills. He ensured that I was informed about everything he was doing, explained everything until he was sure that I understood, asked lots of great questions to make sure that I was heard and respected.

Dr. Knowles was and is a great doctor. He took his time to explain everything about my eyes. And gave me what I needed for my exam. He also took out the time to find out why my eyes were burning come to find out it's allergies he gave me some medicine and directed me were to pick up the medicine. He helped me a lot. Dr. Knowles is very detailed in his profession and a great physician. I didn’t know of bifocal contacts until I met him. I can see so clearly now. No blurred vision at all.

The service and the Doctor was very professional and knowledgeable, courteous and nice. He was so patient with my mother. She was so satisfied with his excellent services.
