Probably the best eye doctor I’ve been to in a long time. The staff were really kind and helpful. And the doctor was very thorough, going through each slide slowly to make sure I get the right prescription. I would recommend to anyone and everyone!

Simply do not go. The audacity to call the day before your appointment exactly 24 hours ahead of time with information that impacts the outcome of your appointment is ridiculous. The company did not request a return call but I followed up. Good thing I did, my appointment would not have been what I expected. During the call, I asked several questions the woman provided some crucial answers and at one point they must have become too complicated as she began to talk over me and in circles. Negative Customer Experience!!
I walked in the other day because I was in need of a new prescription and contacts. The front staff was prompt and quickly got me in without an appointment. The gentleman upfront was super nice and helpful. The doctor was great and made good conversation and provided me with my prescription the same day and I was even able to order my contacts with them so it was a great one-stop shop.
I just left my appointment. I am livid. The staff was friendly, but... I made my appointment specifically with Dr. Greg Hogan 3 weeks earlier. I found out I had a conflict of appointments and changed my appointment 1-1/2 weeks before my appointment to make sure I saw Dr. Hogan. I was having to switch optometrists because of change in insurance. My current optometrist of 30 years knew and recommended Dr. Hogan. My new insurance instead of being $0 co-pay is now $10 co-pay. When I got to the Dr. Hogan's office, they had me seeing Dr. Alambar because Dr. Hogan was out of town. I worked my schedule several times to specifically so that I would see Dr. Hogan. Then when I go to check out, the charge is $50: my $10 co-pay and an additional $40 for a retinal exam. Had I have known, I would not of had that exam. The doctor said he could see everything the retinal exam showed him. I am very dissatified with this service. My wife will not be going here nor my co-workers.
