Stood at locked up paint cabinet for over 10 minutes trying to unlock a $5 can of paint. I pushed the help button 8 times, spoke to 2 staff members, finally someone unlocked the cabinet and gave me the $5 can of paint. Dose anyone else think this is ridiculous? Why not lock up the entire store and force you to order everything online as thats whats coming next? You will no longer be able to pick out your own items.

Yesterday we had some lightbulbs fail in our house due to how cold it was so I placed an order with Walmart. It should’ve been here by 9 o’clock then 11 o’clock then the order was delayed. I called. It was connected to India with somebody said it would be here by 4 o’clock today I explained to him I need the items in this order. Well I was told I’d have it by 10 o’clock. No one is here. I called the store and when I called the store it gets disconnected. OK. Wal-Mart needs to realize that when I buy a product from them, I don’t care if James Bond is delivering it or Jose Cuervo is delivering it. It is a purchase from Walmart and they need to stand behind the quality of the picking of the orders, cause I’m constantly either shorted or told the items are not in stock but yet I visit the store and they’re sitting right there while I’ve ordered it. It’s sitting there and they say they don’t have it and then my previous order I had ordered hotdog I ordered three of the Oscar Meyer stuffed jalapeño cheddar hotdog. They all have the same expiration date. This is what the driver sent to me and provided. From what I was told if you order for Store pick up and I drive down there a Walmart employee fills the order but when you go through their app, they have people doing contract work providing the order and honestly it’s a fiasco

I did a pick up order today and this was the worst pickup Order I’ve ever received. First, the staff was unprofessional, did not communicate, and secondly, the backing of the items were poorly managed. The produce was not in separate bags and were pretty much thrown with cans and other non produce/refrigerated items. The bags were all ripped and were unable to carry properly. Would not recommend pick up orders.

Tho this walmart be busy most of the time, that's nothing.Come on now it's walmart you know it's gonna be busy. They have an amazing selection of everything and employees that have no problem helping find something. Produce & meats are on point i have a fantastic shopping experience everytime,plus you know your gonna run into someone you been needing to catch up with.
