I had an outstanding experience at Dr. Jennifer Shane & Associates. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine welcome. Every member of the staff made me feel like family. My eye exam was incredibly thorough, and I was impressed by the state-of-the-art technology used throughout the visit. Dr. Shane took the time to explain everything clearly, and I never felt rushed. The entire team was professional, kind, courteous, and an absolute pleasure to be around. This was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had at any doctor’s office. I’ll definitely be bringing the rest of my family here, and I can’t recommend Dr. Jennifer Shane & Associates highly enough. Dr. Shane and her staff are amazing, professional and friendly. She is incredibly knowledgeable; offering insights and advice on all aspects of eye health. We've been watching my progression of a cataract over the last 3 years and it's been fascinating to see what her state of the art equipment can pick up and see. I've never felt rushed in her office, everyone there is patient and happy to take as much time as needed. Very different then the 10-20 minute appointments at the chains. The staff are always so nice and helpful. Dr. Jennifer Hendrickson is awesome! She always explains everything so well and makes sure I don’t leave with any questions. When I was in a year ago, I had had a negative experience with contacts in the past and she gave me the opportunity to try several brands to find one I really liked. The glasses selection is also amazing and I always find so many cute pairs. I highly recommend giving this place a visit!

This office is always a pleasure to go to. Everyone there is so courteous and pleasant. Each person that treated me mae sure that I was comfortable with the procedure. I am elderly and very hard of hearing, which requires them to repeat instuctions and questions. I so appreciate that this did not appear to irritate them. Dr Jenifer Hendrickson was especially nice. She is professional and very efficient. Thanks to everyone in Dr. Shane's office.

Professional, kind, and thorough! I recently had my first eye exam with Dr. Hendrickson and the entire experience was great. Doctor was on time and the exam did not feel rushed at all. I felt listened to and all of my questions were answered. The optometrist that assisted me with choosing frames was incredibly kind and let me take my time and knew the frames so well! 100% would recommend this practice.
