Great customer service is becoming harder to find these days, and Jerilynn truly stands out. LensCrafters is lucky to have her on their team. I highly recommend asking for her if you visit this location. This version sounds like something a real customer would write while giving Jerilynn the recognition she deserves without being overly enthusiastic.

Following our Exam, we interacted with the staff at the Hayden Mall LensCrafters to pick out our prescription eyewear. They were All very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Most impressive was our interaction with the Store manager, Erica Barney. On our two occasions on visiting this locations, Erica was one of the most pleasant and professional and impressive store representatives we have had the pleasure of helping us through our eyewear selection process. It was quite evident that she had personally trained her staff as again, they too were all outstanding. Thank You!

The atmosphere was calming and the staff was very kind and knowledgeable. I was helped by Jeri who did a stellar job of helping me find frames I love and measuring accurately. These progressives feel great and the adjustment was minimal. Always a great experience when I’m in there. They really take the time to make sure you’re getting exactly what you need for your vision.
