Nevada Vision Group

On June 3, 2026 I had an appointment at Nevada Vision Group. My doctor is Deborah Ward OD. Complete exam also using the Fundus Photo Screening, the person who ran these tests was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Dr. Ward was very thorough, professional and friendly. Had been way too long since my last appointment with her. Won’t put off appointments any more. The person who helped me with frames, lenses was also very knowledgeable and professional. Was a very pleasant visit. I am very excited to go back in a couple of weeks to pick up my glasses. Thank you, Tom Barreto

I love Dr Stanley. She is incredibly thorough and always takes time to answer questions. I have been a patient of hers for over 25 years. She explains everything and found issues that a Retinal Specialist missed because of the time she takes. I have referred several people to her because I think she's the best!

I always know Dr. Ward is going to be a pleasure to see and will make sure my extremely difficult prescription is as dialed and perfect as possible. I just had my annual visit with Dr. Kristin Gaus at Nevada Vision Group on Sierra Rose in Reno. I’ve had a lot of experience in the world of ophthalmology and Optometry over the last 10 years and Dr. Gaus has been wonderful! Not only extremely talented in her field of treatment she is just a wonderful person who makes each visit a pleasure. I give Dr. Gaus 20+ stars!

This was my first visit with Nevada Vision Group, and I had a fantastic experience! The women at the front desk were warm and welcoming. Sam was very prompt with rooming me, and she answered all my questions. Sam was really kind, informative, funny, and did a great job with the initial exam. Dr. Gaus was amazing!! I was a little nervous for this first visit, but she was very personable and compassionate, which eased my anxiety. She was also very empathetic and thorough. Dr. Gaus has a wonderful and engaging personality, and I love her sense of humor. It was a lot of fun chatting during the exam. I jokingly told my coworkers it felt like I was having coffee with a friend (just without the coffee). At checkout, the office already had my appointment booked for next year. I greatly appreciate that. I couldn't be happier with the care I received, and I highly recommend this practice for anyone and everyone!! Update: I will be voting for them for Best of Sierra Nevada everyday until June 19!
