She was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind throughout the entire visit. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, answered all of my questions without rushing me, and made the process of choosing new glasses easy and enjoyable. Great customer service is becoming harder to find these days, and Jerilynn truly stands out. LensCrafters is lucky to have her on their team. I highly recommend asking for her if you visit this location. This version sounds like something a real customer would write while giving Jerilynn the recognition she deserves without being overly enthusiastic.

So i came into this Lencrafters hoping that I would get decent service like the reviews mentioned before. That was not the case, I came in and was directed to the reception area for appointments. This was on a Sunday. After I finished my paperwork the young lady told me to have a seat next to the exam room. I could hear a woman giggling from the exam room. Once he was finished her he told my to step inside, he was clearly upset once he looked at me. He looked at my paperwork and asked in a annoyed fashion if I was there for frames or contacts? I said both, and I even mentioned that I told the young lady up front about me wanting both prescriptions. While he was going over my paperwork I tried breaking the ice by thanking him for being open on a Sunday. He replied with a rude and dry "mmm..." I was embarrassed and flustered. He seemed upset, then I asked if he had any other brands that i could use in the meantime. He mentioned that he didn't have anv Trials for me and that he would have to order them. I was crushed, thinking that i would at least have a trial pair of lenses. But no, so I agreed (like i had choice...). In the end I went in getting disrespected, no trial lenses and paid $224! So today I called regarding the status of my lenses, apparently the young lady placed an order for the wrong lenses! Now I have to wait a whole week! So I gave up. Furious and defeated i went to the one place that has NEVER let me down, Walmart on 7th street! Dr. Pittman saw me, I went in and was greeted by an amazing STAFF. I even came in late! Dr. Pittman could care less, he said let's take care of those eyes! He did my exam in "two shakes of a lamb's tail". And he only charged me $140 for BOTH my prescriptions! Not only that but he gave me a goody bag, contact lense solution and 2 pairs of trial lenses! Now that's customer service! I'm not even going back for my trial lenses from Lencrafters. Dr. Dammit...I mean Dr. Dimit can keep that money!

Following our Exam, we interacted with the staff at the Hayden Mall LensCrafters to pick out our prescription eyewear. They were All very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Most impressive was our interaction with the Store manager, Erica Barney. On our two occasions on visiting this locations, Erica was one of the most pleasant and professional and impressive store representatives we have had the pleasure of helping us through our eyewear selection process. It was quite evident that she had personally trained her staff as again, they too were all outstanding. Thank You!

Love this place! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Erica was amazing she helped me pick out the perfect glasses and was very sweet when I wasn’t sure of which pair to choose from!

The atmosphere was calming and the staff was very kind and knowledgeable. I was helped by Jeri who did a stellar job of helping me find frames I love and measuring accurately. These progressives feel great and the adjustment was minimal. Always a great experience when I’m in there. They really take the time to make sure you’re getting exactly what you need for your vision.
