My husband injured his eye and wanted to get it checked out. We were on a road trip and needed to get in on short notice. The front desk (nice lady with the pink and white keyboard) was so helpful in understanding our situation and ensuring we could get in quickly. We saw Dr Ng who was great- very knowledgeable with excellent bedside manner! We wished we lived closer to become regular patients. This place is great!
5 stars for Christina at Eaton! My schedule has been jam packed with work and school! I got a notice a few weeks ago that my kids needed updated eye exams. I kept forgetting so I called and left a message. They sent a text message where I could respond over text. I was able to book appointments over text for my family of 5! That was so helpful and I appreciate her taking the time to book us all appointments around our crazy family schedule. With school just around the corner, it’s getting hectic. Thank you Christina for your help and patience with scheduling for our family! You are the superstar today! It was seamless.
I've been a patient here for 4 years & would never think of going anywhere else. The girls there are extremely professional & knowledgeable. Tamira is a saint & I will continue to go there just for her service! She is so awesome & has helped not only me but my daughter & Husband!
Friendly , thorough staff and Dr. Plenty of choices for glass frames and received my new glasses in 2 weeks. The gal that adjusted my glasses was amazing and quick and really seemed to get me and my style. I love Eaton Optometric! The lady that helped me with my glasses is Susan! 😁
The staff is amazing! They are extremely knowledgeable, very friendly, very patient. I've been here many times with my family. Their system is amazing. I would go back and recommend this place to anyone who needs an Optometrist.
