This location has been nothing but a nightmare. They’ve been constantly rescheduling my OBGYN appointments without notifying me. Not only have I not been notified, I drove over a hour to get here to still not be seen. This place is a disgrace. They constantly reschedule and offer dates/times that do not accommodate my schedule. The receptionist had the audacity to tell me a “Mass Text” was sent out that I never received. You’d think they’d call or email to reschedule if there was an issue. I will be switching locations, save yourself the headache

I have been a patient at Einstein Physicians Mayfair for several years, but my recent experience with this practice has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. After seeing a provider at this office, I reached out with concerns regarding my health and requested a renewal of my prescription. It has now been over a week, and despite my attempts to get a response, the doctor has not responded to my messages or addressed my medication request. As a longtime patient, I expected timely communication, respect, and follow-up regarding my care. Being left without a response when I am trying to manage an ongoing health issue has made me feel ignored and unsupported as a patient. I hope this office takes patient communication seriously and reviews how concerns and medication requests are handled. Patients deserve to feel heard and have confidence that their healthcare team will respond when they reach out for help.

Several times, i call either for a appt or other issues and the answering service is still taking calls until 10am, the office open at 8:30! Also, these doc are not being up front about no cost physical exams. If you have insurance that pays your exams. And thats it. The doctor then ask, "any other questions?". If you start talking about other family history such as pancreatic cancer, you will be bill additionally for that. The entire visit should fall under physical exam period. What was the cost you ask? That question i asked cost $600!!!!!!

Beware of this doctors office. Calls are sent immediately to hold with long wait times, that’s if someone actually answers the phone. Appointments are about a 60 day wait. There is no stability with doctors, frequently a new face. Expect a two week wait on any paperwork needed to be filled out.

I chose this office because of its convenient location, but I regret not checking the reviews first. Unfortunately, getting the help you need here is incredibly difficult. Calls are placed on hold immediately—sometimes for over 25 minutes—and staff often fail to listen carefully to patients’ concerns. This lack of attentiveness leads to frustrating delays in receiving necessary medical care.
