El Segundo Eyecare

As always Dr. Rosales and wife are excellent persons. Dr. Rosales examined my eyes with his microscopes or optical tools. He asked me when did it happen and the sequence of events. He explained what was happening inside the eyelids. He wrote a prescription. And with a big smile guided me to the front office where he adjusted my glasses. I had a conversation with his wife, and pay the bill. All this in about 30 minutes.

I've been going to El Segundo Eyecare for 3+ years, and have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Rosales and Christine. They have consistently been kind, welcoming, and professional in managing new prescriptions, helping get my first pair of contacts, and consistently go above and beyond to make sure that their care is as good as can be. Christine called to check in a few days after teaching me to use contacts, and ended up ordering a slightly different trial of my contact prescription to see if there was any improvement (there was, thanks Dr. Rosales!). They have also helped me source prescription lenses for a pair of sunglasses I love that they don't even carry in the store, which has been awesome! I'm sure some of you miss being able to wear your favorite sunglasses driving as your vision has worsened... I sure did, and am so happy they've been so helpful in the process! Both Dr. Rosales and Christine are very easy to talk to, and maintain a serene environment in the shop at all times. Any 1 star or negative reviews should be read with skepticism -- anyone who can't get along with these two should probably go to therapy, but it is the internet, after all. Don't believe everything you read... and support this local business! Unlike any other aspect of my current healthcare, I look forward to speaking with Christine and Dr. Rosales -- from scheduling appointments, follow ups, and my visits themselves, they have made the process of managing my eyesight a joy, and deserve to be acknowledged for it! For anyone concerned about C*vid -- they both have been masked at all times every time I've visited, and taken the additional time to install barriers on all of the sight evaluation equipment to ensure that, even with masks, nobody coming or leaving the shop has anything to worry about. Looking forward to continuing to work with these two as long as I live in Los Angeles!

El Segundo Eye Care is top notch! The office is clean, functional, lots of parking and conveniently located. Robert is amazingly helpful and caring. He's so good about getting back to you and keeps everything running smoothly. Dr. Rosales is wonderful, very gentle and makes the entire process of getting your eyes checked easy. He's very timely, I've never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes. The entire process is so pleasant and quick! I love this office and the service that they provide!

I recently purchased a set of glasses here, Robert was very helpful. There was an issue with the original lenses, but they were quick to swap out for better lenses and resolve my issue. I like their variety of frames and plan to return for some prescription sunglasses in the near future.

As someone who has never needed glasses before getting to be a certain age, I didn't know what to expect, but I found Dr. Rosales warm, knowledgable and skilled. When it came time to pick out frames, Christine saved me from my natural analysis paralysis to ensure I walked out with a pair that really matches me. Highly recommend.
