The staff and Doctors are awsome ! Best experience at an eye care facility I have ever had. The Doctor took his time and explained everything in an easy to understand way. I now know more about my astigmatism and FULLY understand what it means and the best way to address it. GREAT JOB DOC !!!! I am very glad I tried your facility. I will not be going anywhere else. I am so grateful for the staff at Element Eye Care. From the moment of scheduling my appointment to choosing my glasses, it was a great experience. I work from home on a computer having horrible migraines and my man suggested I get my eyes checked. The first office that popped up was Element Eye Care. I can honestly say everyone I spoke to was knowledgeable, kind, and had answers for all of my questions, I was very comfortable. The doctor who examined my eyes explained everything in a way I could understand and also made the visit fun with small talk. I also want to thank Leah for helping me choose some cute frames because my eyes were still blurry from my visit, she was super cool. I genuinely recommend anyone to utilize their services, it was top notch. Thank you again!
Did a great job with sign in and testing process. Quick and efficient. The MD was fantastic. Did a thorough job during evaluation and then reviewing results. He was very transparent and knowledgeable regarding options.. Suggestions and recommendations for current as well as potential future needs. I also took my father who has Alzheimers.. The entire staff were wonderful and very patient with him. The Definitely worth it for eye exam. You do not have to get glasses or contacts at Visionworks. They give you copies of your prescriptions so you can get your glasses or contacts where you choose. Very happy with the experience.
The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They made the visit very calming. Dr. Fioravanti, was the great optometrist that explains in a very detailed way. He took his time and was very patient with us. My wife & I would 100% recommend this place.
Dr. Fioravanto is fantastic. He is very thorough and personable. One of the best optometrists I've ever had. Practice is clean and appointments are pretty quick to get in. The website could be updated, particularly in regards to staff. But they have my highest recommendation.
