If I could, I would rate it zero stars, but it won’t allow me to do so. Without getting into a she said she said, the bottom line is the lack of Customer Service left a lot to be desired. The time it took for the visit was ridiculous. I was there for over an hour before I was even seen for my refraction. I then spent two hours trying to get them to decipher my benefits even though they were providers of my insurance. The.waiting time to pick up a prescription after that was also mind-boggling. In the end the glasses were unsatisfactory and the office manger said there are no adjustments. When it comes to readers, she said, & I quote, “the prescription is the prescription”. I am now a proud owner of a pair of glasses that I can’t see out of and my own frames that no longer have lenses in it. The take away, the optometrist was very nice, but not nearly enough to endure the other problems I experienced.

This eye doctor was great! Very knowledgeable, thoughtful and patient. Highly recommended if you need an optometrist!

The optometrist, Dayana Pereira OD, who did the annual comprehensive eye exam, was talented, kind and courteous. The optical consultant, Darren, is extremely helpful and an excellent advisor. Thanks for everything :)

I love this office I come once or twice a year. I also feel very welcome and treated as if I were a queen, which I am. I was just talking to the gentleman in the office He covered the front desk while I was there this morning. Dr. Belle was so very professional ask me question and after my eye exams, ask me did I have any questions about my eyes. Advised me to continue taking my eye drops. I felt very comfortable talking with her. Great staff at this location! 🫶🫶🫶💙💙💙❤️❤️❤️🙌🙌🙌👏👏👏

Elite Vision Care personalizes the vision experience! First and foremost the staff is very pleasant! That statement is portrayed upon meeting Christal at the front desk! I had a comprehensive eye examination with Dr. Dayana Pereira. Any questions or concerns were addressed! Then Darren fitted me for progressive lenses and repaired my eye glasses! We discussed vision care insurance and the savings for an individual plan! Darren was very accommodating and knowledgable. I also had an emergency and the office was able to schedule me later on that day! I would recommend this office because they are very thorough! If they could not address your concern within their scope they would not hesitate to recommend a specialist! The office follows through and follows up!
