David is super friendly and helpful. I took in a pair of glasses to have them tightened and they happily fixed them. Even though I hadn’t bought them there. . So nice to have a local service that isn’t a chain. I would greatly recommended

David provided very good attention. He fixed my glasses with a lens having popped out slightly, for no charge, and it really helped me out. Thanks David for your excellent customer service and good attitude. I appreciate it.

First time coming here. Came in because my glasses broke. Special thanks to Alyssa who was friendly and fixed them for me. And they didn’t charge any fees to fix it. Definitely will be coming back 🙂

I lost a screw to my eyeglass frame and my first thought was to go to my local Greenwood Village optician, Europtics, to see if it could be repaired and replaced. They could and did, at no charge, while I waited. Not only that, they tuned and adjusted my eyeglasses for a better fit. This was my first visit but not my last.The staff there are very friendly and outoing as well. Kudos and thanks !!! Today, I had a second opportunity to return to my Europtics store. It is a Saturday, within two hours of closing. Again I lost a screw to my eyeglass frame. I telephoned ahead and spoke to David; he said yes come on over and they would take care of me. Just as before, they did !!! There are not enough superlatives for David, the young lady repair optician and the staff at Europtics. Thank you once again for coming to my immediate rescue. I am thankful and grateful for you.
