Visited this office for the first time today to get a second opinion regarding my contacts. The staff is great, very friendly and professional. Dr. Brenner is amazing! She was so patient and thorough. I never felt rushed and I was confident she would resolve the issues I was having. Her intern was great too. I've found my new optometrist, I highly recommend!

Our occupational therapist recommended getting a developmental eye screening through Hellerstein and Brenner. After a thorough exam, they discovered that his eyes weren’t tracking properly which has significantly affected his reading. We’ve been in vision therapy for the last 6+ months and seen significant improvement. I’d highly recommend them!

My coworker told me about this place. Him and his wife go here and he said they both love it. I gave it a try and I definitely agree! All of the staff were very polite and professional. They all made me feel like I have been going there for years. Very welcoming. I had my 9 year old daughter with me and she even asked if I could move her appointments to this location from where I normally take her because she really liked the staff. She said she knows this place does not have the painting on the walls for kids but she would much rather be seen by the staff there since they were so nice. So that says a lot right there that even my daughter saw the positivity with this place. (She’s been going to the same place for her vision and dental since a baby.) Highly recommend! I have astigmatism in both eyes and they did tests here I have never done. The final prescription is perfect, better than my previous ones for sure. They really take care of you here and make sure you are comfortable prior to sending you out the door.

The Doctors are great and very attentive. They listen to you so they can address your concerns and take the time to explain everything. However, the optical department was not nearly as helpful this last visit. I had to seek help, and was never offered assistance even though there were sales agents available. And I have been trying to get an email receipt, or any for that matter, for days. Every time I call they tell me they will send it right away, but still nothing. Disappointing service for the amount of money spent on glasses.

Wonderful professional experience! Very thorough exam and recommendations! Wonderful follow-up! Timely appointments! Professional office staff! All in all a really pleasant experience! I wish they took my insurance LOL
