Came to Eye Appeal for my first ever eye exam & had a fantastic experience!! All of the staff are super friendly & so helpful. Dr. Kennedy was awesome explaining everything to me during the exam & answered all my questions. Mark was fantastic helping me pick out frames that actually flattered & fit my face perfectly. The two receptionists, Joyce & Nadine, are so kind & fun to chat with. All around great vibe & very relaxing atmosphere. Also feels good to patronize a local community business. 🩵
Best place for glasses! I'm on probably my 3rd or 4th pair from Mark and staff. Service is the best. You're always treated like a important person not some number! All in one stop. The exam, the glasses, free adjustments always all with Smiles. You won't be disappointed!
This is by far the best eye doctor office I have ever been to. The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable, they will work with you to find something in your budget, and they go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable with your vision. Previous doctors have told me I am unable to wear contacts, but these guys ordered like 5 different samples for me to try until something actually worked. They make you feel like they actually care about you as a person, rather than just your money.
I'm not currently a patient but I stopped in yesterday to get my glasses adjusted. I've had glasses for 25+ years and lately have had trouble finding good service or someone willing to take the time to help me with my sensitive eyes and high-level prescription. The optician, Mark, was attentive, knowledgeable, made me feel welcome, and adjusted my lenses better than I've had in years. I felt like he genuinely cared about me and I'm not even a current patient! I'll be returning to get my glasses and adjustments from now on. Places like this are rare these days- ones that actually care about their customers and the work they do.
