This place does not even deserve one star. I showed up to my appointment to have them tell me that my appointment was canceled. My appointment was canceled because they were unable to confirm that I was coming. They called me during my work day in which I was unable to answer my phone. They did not leave a message. They did not tell me that my appointment would be canceled if I did not confirm that I was coming. I understand the frustration of no call, no show patients as I work in healthcare myself; however, this approach is unacceptable. I moved my own patients around to make time for this appointment, and now I've completely wasted time. It is unlikely that I will be able to get into another doctor's office for months. The only positive thing I have to say is that the receptionist was lovely.
This place is terribly unprofessional and incompetent, they overbook themselves and just try to get patients in and out without giving them any actual treatment. The mostly young staff seem to treat this place more like a social environment than a work environment. The last appointment I had they were late for by 20 minutes and then it took over an hour and a half, and was something I had to come back for because it didn't get treated properly the first time. I've also scheduled two physical exams at this place over the last few years and didn't receive either exam, probably because they overbook themselves and don't end up having time to do it. There's also a receptionist who thinks its somehow appropriate to push her religion onto people and put out little pamphlets about it at the check out desk. The practice manager is literally impossible to get ahold of about these types of matters and all she does is defend her staff and put the onus on you. This is the opposite of what you want from a doctors office. I highly recommend you go elsewhere.
I wouldn't wish my experience on anyone. I haven't been without medication for a week. They have no respect for people in pain. Thank you, Dr. Lopez. God bless you always. Amen. 🙏
