Eye Care Associates

Every time I come here (only to use my vision insurance), I am increasingly disappointed. The charge you an additional fee for literally aspect of your glasses and when you try to decline a feature, they tell you can't. This time I got contacts and was told I was charged $125 for a contact lense assessment fee. I've been wearing contacts for over 20 years. I've never been charged extra for a contact exam. When I asked her what in my exam was for contacts, she said they had to do "calculations specific for contacts and for the trial pair". So $125 for a computer to do math?? And for a trial pair? I've never in my life been charged for a trial pair. This place will probably start charging for you to try on glasses next. Oh!! Also they dilated my eyes before my exam so I couldn't read anything. Great way to get an accurate eye exam right??? 🙄 I will never return here even if I have to pay entirely out of pocket, anywhere would be cheaper then this racket.

Dr. Jugani and her staff are amazing! Staff is always friendly and welcoming. My appointments are always on time! I would definitely recommend this office to anybody looking for a provider.

My son has autism and adhd and let me say the techs went above and beyond for him. We struggled when we had to do the eye drops but even through my son hesitating, screaming and crying they worked with us and were very patient. I really wish I could remember the names of the techs who helped to give them the recognition they deserve. The dr was also very nice towards us and the staff member who checked us out as well. Overall the visit went very well.

Dr. Jagani talked me into multifocal contact lenses and they have been fantastic! My prescription is not super high but high enough to be at the threshold for reading easily. I was beginning to have intermediate distance lack of sharpness as well, these cleaned all that up. Neat technology that works well for me
