Came in to buy my first pair of glasses. I asked if they accepted my insurance and she said no and gave me option to go to another place. I then asked if I can just buy a pair of computer glasses, I also had a Rxscript. She said the prescription has to specifically say computer glasses for me to get computer glasses. I then said ok well can I just pay out of pocket for the script glasses. The lady seemed like I was a bother and really didn’t want to get up and do anything. So, I replied sorry to bother you and left. So in short it’s just laziness plain and simple. She really did everything to turn me away and gave me every excuse in the book, to just not service me and it worked. I understand not taking my insurance but if I’m saying I’ll pay out of pocket and you’re giving me excuses “like well are you sure because once we do them we can’t change”. I’m saying yes I just need a pair of glasses.

We have been coming here since 2012 because the eye doctor is THAT fantastic! He is wonderful with kids and adults. He is funny and explains each step of the eye exam. He also knows his stuff! I had problems with an eye prescription from a different eye doctor but I thought my eyesight had gotten worse. He said the prescription was actually too strong! He prescribed the correct vision strength for me and I've had no more problems since. I recommend this eye doctor to everyone I know!

I've been seeing Dr. P for years. One reviewer mentioned that he was older and past his prime. False! He's as good or better now than he was when I first met him ten years ago. He sees me and my 7 yr. old son. He's fantastic, affordable, and a five-star rating sells him short.

Amazing! My appointment was quick and the doctor was very nice. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I cannot remember her name but one of the staff members helped me pick out my glasses when I was having a hard time deciding between 2 pairs. Overall great experience and I would recommend this location to anyone!

This is the only place I will bring my kids for their eye exams as the doctor is VERY Friendly and laid-back with children. They love him. We've been going for years and he is always positive and upbeat, kids actually look forward to their exam. If you have a child, especially a younger one, this is very important as we learned the hard way that there are several eye docs in Huntsville who are NOT kid friendly. GO HERE, it's the best!
