Dr. Kwong was very thorough, patient and kind to my parents for both their medical eye exams. I booked two appointments back to back and we were done within 1.5 hour. He was efficient and answered all their questions and concerns. Bonus: he spoke Cantonese, which made the experience very smooth. We will be back to see Dr. Kwong for our annual exams.
Such a weird experience. Like others, as a first-time patient, Dr. Gebhardt didn't introduce herself to me or anything. It was like I was inconveniencing her by being there. This happened on two different visits so it's not like it was a one-time thing. Front-desk reception was nice, though.
Dr Gebhardt gave a very thorough exam of my eyes and explained everything clearly. She was very friendly and kind. The other members of staff were friendly and kind as well.
The Staff were professional, genuine, and friendly. The office was clean, organized, and comfortable. Dr Kwon came across as genuine, caring, and knowledgeable answering every question with great detail. Thank you Dr Kwon and team.
Dr Gebhart and her staff are professional and knowledgeable. Dr Gebhart answered my questions about the tests she administered, and gave me helpful information about my eyes. I love that they are right in my neighborhood.
