I was able to make an appointment online and within two weeks. Which was an improvement over my previous Doctor's Office. The staff was friendly and helpful. One of the exams was new virtual technology and fun for me. The eye glass frame selection was good, a lot of variety. I am pleased with this Office and my experience.
New to the area, and I found this place only 10 minutes outside south downtown. I'm very pleased with all the staff, the selection, and the laid back vibe. Dr. Jill was funny, warm and professional.
10/10 from the moment I walked in. The receptionist, associate, clinician that helped with the pre exam tests and dr. Jill 🤭we’re all kind, professional & helpful! Wait time was also short, and my exam went fast too. Walked out with updated contact lens & eyeglass prescriptions and the last 2 -4 air optix samples to get me through until my order arrives. I’ve been a patient for 3 years. Had a medical concern. They got me in on the same day and did a very thorough check on my eye. Completely painless and definitely relieved my anxiety. They are much more thorough than our previous eye doctor. I really appreciate their attention to detail and their calm manner during treatment. Highly recommend MVS
Very friendly and professional staff. From the first phone call to setup an appointment, to the thoroughness of the techs, and the knowledge and friendliness of the optometrist, this place is a great place to get your eye exam done. The person who helped me pick out a new pair of glasses was also very friendly and offered good suggestions. I highly recommend coming here for all your eye care needs.
