I love this place. They offered free eye exams and glasses (if needed) through my child’s school with their “no vision left behind program”. Such an amazing thing to provide for families and their children. Of coarse my daughter broke her glasses and they again took care of it for us. Thank you guys sooo much. I definitely recommend you to everyone I know.

If I could a negative 5 stars I would and here is why and what you should know before making the decision to use this service provider. I needed a SIMPLE routine eye exam for the DMV to renew my driver's license. I called in for an appointment and told the clerk I needed an eye exam for DMV. She gave me the price of $35 and told me to be sure to bring the $35 for my appointment. I arrived and they demanded the $35 BEFORE receiving any services. Fine, I really had no issue with that. I AGAIN expressed I needed a basic eye exam for the DMV. She gave me the paperwork to fill out and I did. It asked for my insurance which is Medicare and I knew fully MEDICARE DOES NOT PAY FOR A ROUTINE EYE EXAM FOR THE DMV. I filled out the info nevertheless, never being told they would attempt to use it OR that were about to perform a comprehensive eye exam which I CLEARLY DID NOT APPROVE OF OR ASK FOR In the exam room, the doctor began the examination. I AGAIN told the doctor I only needed an eye exam to satisfy DMV. I was not told I was about to receive a comprehensive exam which I NEVER asked for or approved of. ( I have no issues with my eyes whatsoever, I currently don't even wear glasses) The doctor completed the exam and shuffled me off to buy a pair of glasses as my vision was far from bad, but a little off for distance. I looked at the glasses and then attempted to leave. I was met by an attendant who ushered me out of the restricted area. I went to the front desk to receive my paperwork, primarily the paperwork for the DMV. The clerk told me there is no paperwork. I told her yet AGAIN I came for a simple eye exam to satisfy the DMV requirements and must have that documentation. She handed over my subscription. She did not give me a report of the comprehensive eye exam I had not idea took place without my permission or request. I left, a bit annoyed I had to ASK for the document. A few weeks later, I received a bill for $155. I called repeatedly and spoke with several different folks, was promised a call back and explanation, but never received either. On the call in search of an explanation, they were very rude and hung up on me, STILL without an explanation of the charges. In the billing it showed a charge to Medicare. Reminder: Medicare does NOT pay for routine eye exams. I called yet again, to find out WHY and WHAT did they charge Medicare for. AGAIN treated rudely, no explanation, and hung upon. NO explanation. So I am now out $190 for a basic eye exam to satisfy the DMV and Medicare paid them $24 So here is the summary, they set me up for something I hadn't asked for or needed without my consent and even without my knowledge. They tagged Medicare for $24 of the exam and I paid the rest via my unpaid deductible (and a reminder, I did not ask for this type of exam and was not told by anyone this was taking place or that they would be billing medicare for something I didn't need nor wanted not asked for nor approved of) As far as I am concerned, I was lied to in form of withholding information about what service I was receiving and was not allowed to make MY own choice if I wanted such service. I contacted Medicare and they are investigating the claim. In my eyes, did they not only deceive me, they also deceived Medicare by performing an unrequested service and not being transparent of what they were doing and the costs. I would just steer clear of this outfit. They are deceptive and just see you as a target and how much money they can extract from you and your insurance. There are plenty of other services available that will not deceive you. I suggest you look further especially if you are a senior and use your medicare the way YOU want to use it. Not a company that wants to exploit it.
I bought progressive bifocals from here. Right after I picked them up the frame broke (within a week I believe) so I called and they said they are under warranty and they would reorder me a frame. Then the replacement frame also broke shortly after that. I called and was informed they will only warranty it once and I would have to pay out of pocket. I didnt like that but because I only had them a few months I had no choice. The wrong size frame came in and had to be reordered again. Plus they no longer had the color I had picked and my only option was black. But again I had no choice as the lense were still new. After I got the 3rd replacement, it also broke. Even though I paid for this frame out of pocket, they said it had no warranty and I had to buy a 4th frame. I contacted them and the "Chief Operating Officer/Director of Revenue Cycle Management" replied back on 2-16 for more info but has yet to reply back or offer any solutions. I am so disappointed that I barely got any use out of the glasses I bought here with no support from the company. I ended up buying glasses online after the 2nd frame broke and those glasses have not had a single issue while eyelove wants me to purchase a 4th frame in less than a year from them. The prescription is fine and the staff is nice but I would 100% go elsewhere for the glasses. 👎👎
I loved my experience here. The doc was chill. Literally everyone there was cool. Morgan was able to handle the incredible indecisive manner my husband always presents in the face of decision making. In this case, which glasses should I get and how much can I customize them. She was with us through that whole journey and God bless her for that. Also, she said my glasses are cute on me, so it’s a done deal. Our eye docs for life. Great atmosphere, great employees.
I’m a veteran and recently used Eye Love Care as part of my veterans benefits for an eye exam and new glasses. I have to say my experience was great. From the intake specialist to the optometrist and the wonderful person who helped with my new eyeglass selection and fitting, the service was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend. This review was unsolicited and submitted because I think good service should be rewarded.
