Ivelys and Brianna served me and my family at the Vine Streetl location today. They were engaging and helpful. We were alot because there were three of us having multiple services done. My 85 year old mom was getting 2 glasses, my sister and I likewise were getting two glasses. They handled each of us professionally yet attentively getting our orders done quickly and efficiently. They were also helping walkins and others without making it seem that they were distracted. I recommend the store and the whole team including Ruby

I stopped by this store on a whim, because I happened to be in the area. I was frustrated after leaving LensCrafters and feeling like I was about to settle for ill fitting Raybans, which after insurance, would run me $400+. Anyways, I walked in and found this house brand frame. I told the lady I was in a hurry, and the whole check out process took 20 minutes at most. The glasses were ready in a few hours. I am so happy with them so far. I took advantage to go back for the 40% off another pair and bought the same frame with tinted lenses. They shipped them quickly. After years with LensCrafters, I will definitely be back to this Eyeglass World in the future for affordable lenses. I also liked that they let me shop without being pushy or following me around.
