Eyemart Express

I walked in Saturday September 27 at about 1:45 pm and was greeted with a friendly hello! I was looking for glasses same day and Eyemart Express delivered! Heather was absolutely amazing and happy to help me through the process! I found a cute pair of frames for a wonderful price! The lab was awesome also! Heather went through step by step and the price was way under what I was expecting to pay! My glasses were ready in under an hour! I will definitely be a returning customer! Eyemart Express for the win!!!

My experience was excellent. The lady that helped me was very helpful! I purchased two pairs of glasses. One pair was sunglasses. My insurance and discounts made my glasses affordable. My sunglasses were ready in one day. My other pair will be ready within two weeks. Thank you!

The girls helping pick the glasses were great!!! But when we went back to pick up. It was only 2 ladys and they was helping someone else. I asked if the manager could come from the back to give us our glasses. She came up looked at us and shook her head no and said she wasn't going to help us. We waited almost 30 mins just to pick up. Once they was giving us our glasses it took 2 mins. I said to the lady where is your manager I said I'm not upset with you ladies but your manager was no professional or helpful at all. We was also there few days prior to get glasses for my other daughter's and the manager helped us that day. She was nice to us. But her employee tablet locked up and the manager got crappy with her. Saying to her idk what you want me to do. Only giving 3 stars cause the manager isn't nice to her employees or helpful when asked.

The last time I was at eyemart express was 2 years ago. Said I would not go back. The reason was it was a mess in there. Nobody knew what they were doing. So I decided to give it a try on march 31 2026. I can tell you it has change so very much. The staff was the greatest. From the eye doctor to the lady that help me. They all knew what they were doing. I am very pleased that I went back. If anyone needs an eye exam go there. They are great. This is the one in Springfield Illinois.

I had gotten an eye exam at a different vision care center yesterday and the experience wasn't very good so I decided to look here for frames instead. They were amazing. Super friendly and they let my son color on some paper and play with a toy while I tried on some frames. My glasses were ready same day and they look amazing. Definitely one of the best experiences I've ever had picking out new glasses
