I went to get an eye exam and buy a pair of glasses. Dr. Meek was amazing. She was professional and did it smoothly. The reason for the 2 stars was the insurance part. On the website and on the door it says they welcome eyemed members which is what I have. Apparently, they only welcome some eyemed members. The lady said that its because they're two different things that Dr. Meek can accept but the store part for the glasses don't because of my health insurance? Which i don't understand what that has to do with it because im just getting an eye exam not a health screening. Even the website showed me where I could get my glasses and on the app too. Maybe change the sign on the door to SOME. Again, Dr. Meek was great and the store section wasn't.

I had the best experience at the Eastgate store. The ladies were extremely helpful with helping me pick out my new frames. These are the cutest frames I’ve ever had. I told them I was a teacher so they helped get me the educator discount. Best customer service experience I’ve had in a very long time!!

I come here for glasses every year. The staff are very helpful and the eyeglasses are always ready in less than 30 minutes! They have a great selection and the lenses and frames are very good quality (I feel kinda fancy wearing them ngl) I love it here!

Stopped at Eyemart to buy a pair of prescription readers. I tried at LensCrafters and was quoted a “great price” of $481!!! Eye mart made 2 (TWO) pairs for $62!!! And the best part, they were ready in less than an hour. I willl definitely go back!!

this place was amazing! It went by so fast and you can get your glasses same day! that’s a steal to me. Anywho I recommend them highly.
