I have been seeing Dr. McFayden for a few years and have been really happy with the office. I had a routine eye exam scheduled last week and had my 4-month-old baby with me. He cried almost the entire time. Everyone was SO kind and understanding! Katie even held my baby while I did the eye imaging. I had run out of contacts during postpartum and really needed to keep this appointment, so their kindness even while baby cried meant so much to me. I would highly recommend!

So kind! Very personable and kind even with my children’s eye exam. Made them feel very comfortable. After years of going to LensCrafters this was very nice change

Everyone was very friendly and helped me get my insurance straightened out from the beginning. I also really appreciated the above and beyond help to determine an eye condition my previous optometrist never checked for. Also, the contacts they gave me to try out have given me back a quality of vision I haven't had in a long time. 10/10 highly recommend! :)

They do a great job!!! Friendly people, good products, and Dr McFadyen gives a very thorough exam. I was really surpised how well I could see through my new glasses.
