Dr. Mosellen and the staff are very friendly and efficient. This was an annual exam, but we discussed issues with dry eye and the doctor made a number of recommendations to help. I appreciated her concern regarding the cost of some prescription eye drops and we discussed alternatives. I recommend Midwest Eye Center to family and friends.

The staff members were very kind. When it came to examining my eyes I was informed about everything they were doing. When it was time for me to see the doctor she explained everything she saw. I appreciate that so much because I had a different experience at another eye center that wasn't as good as MidWest . I will be going back to Midwest from now on. Thank you Midwest Eye Center.
Went to Midwest Eye Center today for Binocular Double Vision problems. The nurses and staff were all very nice and sweet. Then saw Dr Philip Kies. This man is not nice at all. Basically told me there were no nerve problems and that I could keep doing as I'm doing and deal with double vision anytime I have it(a daily problem that gives me headaches) or get new glasses with a small prism in them. Very rude and dry old man that in my opinion should retire as he has the absolute WORST bedside manner. Will definitely be going to another eye doctor for a second opinion as a person shouldn't have to deal with what I am going through. Also, they made no mention of having to dialating my pupils and to have someone come with me to drive me home. I had to drive home with one eye closed and drive slower than the speed limit because my vision was all screwed up. Had I gotten into an accident, I would definitely be suing them for the lack of telling me to have a driver with me. Don't recommend Midwest to anyone! Would have given one star if the other people working there weren't as nice as they were.
The office was neat and tidy. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I didn’t have to wait long before they called me back. I would recommend this place to anyone.
Hands down it's one of the best medical experiences I've had. The people are knowledgeable kind they work quick but they work safe and I'd recommend it over any other medical office offering the same procedures.
