Highly recommend. The staff was wonderful, even with my aversions to the testing machines and were patient in retesting until we got the right results. Jeana was INCREDIBLE! can't speak highly enough about her. She made the experience fun, easy, and enjoyable.
I booked an appointment and on the way to the appointment my car decided to have its coolant line come off (brand new car) so I had to cancel the appointment and I booked it another one. Now they’re being petty and every time I book one they cancel it. It’s a very interesting and professional way to handle something in this manner. Now I will find a way to get to corporate. Whoever is in charge and let them know that you guys are unbelievably unprofessional.
Jeana is absolutely incredible and so helpful. She is so knowledgeable and can fix any issue I have with my glasses and makes my son feel so comfortable while finding his glasses.
Great experience overall! Ashley was helpful with my daughters glasses and just made this an easy process. So glad we don't have to wait 2 weeks for glasses to come in, they will be in tomorrow! We will be back for sure!
