Ocean Eye Main Street

Very disappointed in their fees, you have to ask and they add stuff on. Contact fitting for toric lenses cost more than a regular lense. 25 for this, 50 for that, and when asked about the contact fitting price I was told it depends. Called a competitor in Summerville (not one of those chain places) and they said 27.00. Won’t be going here again. I’m looking for a contact exam, it’s easy, stop adding fees on top of fees.

Everyone was super nice. I was in and out in 20mins! Very good walking you through each step and exsplaing everything.

I have been an Ocean Eye patient for 4 years. I cannot say enough about this awesome office. It is perfect! Staff are friendly, Dr. Simkin has a great personality, and you can really tell she enjoys helping people see better. The staff even helped me to ensure I got the contacts that most benefited me! Very good human experience here; both Main St, & Trolly Rd. Our family moved from another local shop to Ocean Eye. Go here if you like to have all the tech, apps, modern frames, sense of urgency and still have a personalized experience. The locations work together to schedule and they have a different selection of frames at each location. While I was there, the song “Sunglasses At Night” came on. I was a little disappointed there wasn’t a group dance or something. Like at Chi-Chi’s.

The staff at Ocean Eye have been so patient and helpful in my time in neeed. They worked hard to make sure I got the glasses that I wanted.
