She was incredibly generous with her time, listened carefully to every concern I raised, and was responsive to each one. She answered all of my questions—and I had many—with patience and clarity, ensuring I felt informed and comfortable throughout the appointment. I especially appreciated how thoughtfully she explained the possible next steps, presenting them in a clear sequence from the least intensive options to those requiring more intervention. At every stage, she demonstrated genuine care for my well-being. Her expertise, compassion, and attentiveness made this a truly wonderful healthcare experience.

Just had the best experience anyone could ever have at my new eye doctors. The staff was extremely pleasant, and accommodating. Dr. Young was extremely thorough in her examination, took the time to explain everything she was doing, answered all my questions and spent time with me not rushing me out like most places do. I look forward to seeing her and the staff again.

Today was my 1st visit with LEC and from the moment I walked in the door everyone from Alexis at the front desk, to Dr. Youns's assistant (i forgot her name, but she had blonde and wore glasses) to Dr. Young herself was very welcoming. Dr. Young was absolutely amazing! Even though I was out of there within an hour, which I loved, Dr. Young showed me the pictures of the inside of my eyes that they took while explaining everything to me! I've never wore contacts before and she took the time and explained the different options to me. I will definitely be back and I've already told my sister and husband about her. I can not say enough about this practice!

Loved my visit with Dr. Coyle! All of the staff were very pleasant, attentive, and personable! Dr. Coyle took the time to discuss and explain all the options when using contacts. He's given me a couple different trial contacts to test different options and asked that I get back with him to see if we need further adjustments. He's been mastering his skills for 40yrs and I can definitely tell! If you want experience with kindness and a plan for a solution, make an appointment with Dr. Coyle!
