Indigo Eyecare (Dr. Jaclyn Buehner, OD)

I recently had a medical visit at Indigo Eye Care after dealing with a scratched cornea that unfortunately progressed into an ulcer. Both doctors were incredibly helpful throughout the process, especially when we discovered I was allergic to the first prescription. They were quick to make sure I received a new medication that worked better for me, and I truly appreciate the care I received. I also have to give a HUGE shoutout to Mrs. Tina at the front desk! ❤️ She seems to have one of the hardest jobs because she does a little bit of everything, yet she is always so kind, patient, welcoming, and incredibly sweet. From a patient’s perspective, having an amazing receptionist truly makes such a difference in your experience. Thank you, Indigo Eye Care, for taking such great care of me and for having such wonderful people on your team! I am so grateful! 💕

Paid 145$ for the eye exam the Woman Dr was super friendly. I’ve left many messages about trying to order contacts all week. I do get a call back every single time , I don’t like how the front desk lady spoke to me when I called a third time then proceeds to explain that he hasn’t finalized my prescription, cool! I did not know that and wasn’t told that, I was just told I would get an email and it’s been hours. I understand offices get busy but don’t talk to me disrespectful. I just need to order contacts!

My 7yo had an appointment here last week and was extremely nervous about needing glasses. The doctor was AMAZING!! She made it fun and knowledgeable at the same time. Was told it would take about 2 weeks for glasses to come in, and they’ve already arrived. I highly recommend this doctor, she’s amazing with all ages.

Arrived on time for my appointment on my lunch break. Front desk is so unorganized, double booked appointments. She let two others go ahead of me bc she was having difficulty. There is no privacy as she called and proved my information with other customers in the waiting room. I need to find a better eye doctor. Ridiculous. Many red flags.

The doctor was great. Very quick- yet very thorough. However, at this point I’ve been waiting over a month for ONE pair of glasses, when i was told it would take 2 weeks (like usual)… and now whenever i call to check on my glasses, they don’t answer, or answer and put you on hold and never return to the line. This is my first time ordering glasses for THEM directly, and it will definitely be my last time. GO ANYWHERE ELSE TO ORDER GLASSES BUT HERE‼️‼️‼️‼️
